Attendee Fees:  ICPSC General Admission: $355.00
 
                           Day pass - $200.00 (one per person)
                              (Admission Friday or Saturday)
                 (Conference Binder or Conference Bag not included)
                              (Discount code does not apply)

Substitutions

Substitutions from the same company are possible. This can be accomplished in the online registration form. After August 22, 2008 all substitutions must be completed on-site. Payment for the original attendee will be applied to the substituting attendee.

Check Payment Policy

By choosing the pay by check option, you are entering into an agreement to send your check within 10 days of registration. If check is not received within 10 days your registration may be voided. Checks are not accepted after August 15, 2008 or on site. Returned checks will be subject to a $35 fee. Returned checks or failure to send a check does not release the attendee(s) from the Cancellation/No-Show Policy.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations received on or before June 20, 2008 will receive a 100% refund.

  • Cancellations received between June 21, 2008 and July 2, 2008 will receive a 75% refund.

  • Cancellations received between July 3, 2008 and August 3, 2008 will receive a 50% refund.

  • No refunds will be granted on or after August 4, 2008. NO EXCEPTIONS FOR ANY REASON.

Any requests for refunds must be submitted in writing by fax to 716-741-3715 or by e-mail to info@icpscllc.com .

Refunds will be issued within 30 days after the conference.
